🌱 Kaizen Yoga Teacher Mentorship
“Imagine learning hands-on adjustments that never injure — only empower.”
🌱 What It Is
A 3-month mentorship for yoga teachers ready to move beyond theory and into action.
Each month you’ll receive a ready-to-use sequence with specific cues that you can teach right away. That means by the end of the semester you’ll have three solid sequences in your toolkit—plus the confidence of knowing how to interact with students through Kaizen-style hands-on adjustments that are 100% safe. This alone removes one of the biggest sources of anxiety for new teachers.
But it’s not just about learning theory—you’ll practice the sequences yourself and begin sharing them with people in your life: a best friend, a co-worker, or a small group. This is the gentle start of building your student network bit by bit, so that when you’re ready to step into teaching more fully, the process of finding and working with students already feels familiar, manageable, and empowering.
You’ll also gain:
Trauma-informed teaching tools that translate into any classroom.
Sequencing skills that meet a wider variety of students where they are.
A supportive space to bring your real teaching questions and challenges.
📅 1 Semester = 3 months
🎥 Weekly live calls (recorded for replay)
📖 Module handbooks + recorded lectures
💬 Discussion-based community (WhatsApp + live call dialogue)
🎓 Optional add-on: 1:1 video review of your teaching with feedback
The Transformation You’ll Experience
By the end of the semester, you’ll:
Cue with clarity, guiding from a student-centered perspective.
Sequence with purpose — using progressions and regressions that meet students where they are.
Understand the “why” behind your teaching choices, not just the choreography.
Learn Kaizen-style hands-on adjustments — a trauma-informed approach that works with the student’s body instead of forcing it, making injury virtually impossible.
Feel confident handling the specific, messy, real-life questions and scenarios that never come up in a TTC.
Why This Program Is Different
Kaizen Adjustments: You won’t find this approach anywhere else. It’s a hands-on method that never forces and always empowers.
Ready-to-Teach Sequences: Each month you receive a smart, pro/regressive sequence (with cues) that you can teach right away — so by the end you’ll already have three strong classes in your pocket.
Full-Spectrum Mentorship: We go beyond the mat to talk about everything from yogic philosophy (like the kleshas), to modern challenges (supporting students with eating disorders), to practical skills like digital marketing and retention.
Community of Practice: This is not a lecture hall. It’s a space where your real questions and challenges are welcome, and where discussion is as valuable as content.

Yes! This mentorship was created for teachers exactly at this stage. Each month you’ll receive a ready-to-teach sequence complete with cues—so by the end of the semester you’ll already have three solid classes in your pocket. You’ll also learn hands-on adjustments that are 100% safe, removing one of the biggest sources of anxiety for new teachers. That way, when you step into your first classes, you’ll feel equipped and confident rather than unprepared.
-
You won’t. Everyone in the mentorship is in a different place—and that’s the strength of the program. Some teachers are brand new, others are refining years of experience. What matters is that you’ll all learn from each other while working through real classroom challenges.
-
Unlike the intensity of TTC, this program is deliberately paced: 1 module per month, with a single weekly live call, recorded lectures, and a workbook. You’ll have space to integrate and apply—no cramming, no overwhelm. Plus, instead of more abstract theory, you’ll be working with practical sequences and teaching skills you can use right away.
-
Not necessarily. At $36/month, this is a low-barrier investment with high return. Think of it as setting yourself up for success before you start teaching: you’ll have sequences, safe adjustments, and a plan for building your student base bit by bit. This makes it far easier (and less stressful) when opportunities to teach come your way.
-
Every module includes:
A ready-to-use sequence with specific cues
A trauma-informed adjustments lab (Kaizen-style, in-opposition, 100% safe)
A weekly live call (recorded for replay)
A handbook + recorded lecture
A guest expert session (psychology, mindfulness, or marketing)
A WhatsApp group for ongoing discussion
You’re also encouraged to practice the sequences with friends or co-workers, which is the gentle start of building your own student base—so teaching feels less overwhelming and more natural.
