How to join the Collective!

  1. Cruise through the descriptions below and find the class(es) you’ve been searching for! There’s a goldilock fit waiting for you with the great variety of teachers, types and vibes on offer!

  2. Decide how often you plan to attend class.
    (Discounted tuition for multiple classes/month. You may mix + match classes on class passes! Passes automatically expire 5 weeks after purchase.)

  3. Make the investment! Payment available via:

  4. Book your classes! All rsvps, changes and cancellations must be made a minimum of 6hrs before class start. (The system will lock after that point, no changes can be made and no-shows will be charged the full cost of class.)

Mindy

  • Mosaic Flow is a yoga therapy class where you are given a custom sequence and practice at your own pace. Please see link above for full details. (Onboarding required before joining class.)

  • Every Monday we play with a new flow of challenging postures. You can preview this week’s flow on our Kaizen Yoga instagram!

  • This is a 5-part series exploring different movement patterns in yoga.

Alyssa

  • Yoga for Flexibility: A rejuvenating session focused on enhancing flexibility and mobility. We begin with some fast-paced Breathwork to internally warm the body before diving into sequenced stretching and mindful movements, this class aims to release tension and improve range of motion, leaving you feeling more supple and relaxed both on and off the mat. Perfect for all yoga levels and bodies!

  • Power Yoga: Ignite your inner strength and vitality with this dynamic Power Yoga class. Designed to challenge your body and mind, this invigorating practice combines flowing sequences with powerful poses, fostering endurance, muscle tone, and mental focus. This practice includes standing and arm balance poses, inversions, and back bends. This class is best for those looking for a challenge and interested in building their strength and endurance. Some experience in yoga is recommended, but not required.

  • Dance Flow: Dance flow is an invigorating yoga experience where the dynamism of dance meets the serenity of yoga. This class isn’t about holding poses; it’s about moving with grace and strength through a choreographed sequence of 2-3 linked poses set to an eclectic mix of music. Perfect for all yoga levels and no dance background is needed—just a desire to flow and have fun!

Bonnie

  • A high energy workout set to upbeat music that combines yoga with some strength and toning exercises with minimal equipment. We cool down with some breath work and sound therapy to ease the mind and body.

  • Immerse in the calm of Candlelight Yin Yoga: a serene practice under soft candlelight, focusing on deep stretches and meditative breaths. This class gently releases tension, promoting flexibility and inner peace. Suitable for all levels, it's a peaceful journey towards balance and rejuvenation

Kyeongseon

  • Level 0 Yoga Basics class is created specifically for those with no yoga experience that want a slower pace and more guidance from the teacher including making the poses accessible for those with limited flexibility and working on building strength and getting back into a practice after being away from it for awhile.

  • Unite strength, balance, and playfulness in a class that blends yoga and acrobatics. Learn foundational poses and sequences in a supportive environment, enhancing connection and trust with partners. No experience needed. Please be comfortable touching others and being touched.
