Level: All Levels
Duration: 90–120 minutes (practice + dinner)Description:
Strength & Supper Club is a weekly Sunday evening practice designed to help you build strength in your body—and feel supported while doing it.As we get older, what used to “work” doesn’t always feel quite right. Many of us know that strength training is important, but feel unsure where to begin or intimidated by traditional training environments.
This class offers a different approach.
Using a yoga-based framework, we focus on building strength through controlled, intentional movement. The emphasis is on stability, coordination, and understanding how to work with your body—not pushing past it.
Each month follows a simple progression—foundations, strength, integration, and expression—allowing you to build confidence and capacity over time.
After practice, we gather for a shared meal.
A moment to sit, soften, and connect. Because aging well isn’t just about physical strength—it’s also supported by community, connection, and feeling like you’re not doing it alone.
This is more than a class. It’s a weekly ritual to move, strengthen, and share.
Benefits:
Build strength safely, improve stability and coordination, develop confidence in your movement, support long-term health and resilience, and connect with a supportive community.
