Focus on | shoulder rotation, binds
Why sit when you can fly? This standing balance with a bind is a beautiful as it is dynamic.
#2- Saturday 1.13.18- Double Compass!
Focus on | creating stability
This body puzzle uses its points of contact to create stability. Here we learn to work smart more than hard.
#3- Saturday 1.20.18 | Super Soldier!
Focus on | hamstrings + hip flexors
This pose will make you feel 10 feet tall- with all the length you'll create! Highly recommended for runners and those who spend a lot of time sitting.
#4- Saturday 1.27.18 | Funky Pincha!
Focus on | pushes and pulls
We're turning inversions on their heads- well, more accurately, on their hands. Rather than trying to stick the final pose, we'll employ our power of internal pushes and pulls to try this fun twist on inversions.
#5- Saturday, 2.3.18 | Shiva Pose
Focus on | yoga butt strength!
Yoga butts are made on the mat! Here we push our butts to the max in Shiva Pose! This workshops is highly recommended for those with low back pain.
