Description: This class is designed to enhance mobility, improve body awareness, address through chronic pain and injury and support cross-training for athletes. Whether you're a dancer, aerialist, acroyoga practitioner, or just looking to increase flexibility, this class will help you achieve your goals. We focus on dynamic and static stretches, joint mobility drills, and flexibility progressions that target key muscle groups.
This differs from “regular” yoga classes in that we do drills more similar to physical therapy than a continue flow like a vinyasa class.
Benefits: Increase flexibility, improve range of motion, prevent injury, and build strength and balance to support other athletic pursuits.
