Rocket Yoga Series 2 | Mondays 730pm

Level: 2* (Due to the pace, please have some yoga/movement experience. If you new to yoga, Flexibility and Fundamentals are a great way to start! I also teach Rocket online which is okay for beginners or I am available for 1:1 class! Email me if you are unsure or want to join!)

Description:
What if yoga was as fun as it was strong? Rocket Yoga is a dynamic, strength-based practice based on Ashtanga Vinyasa. Rocket 2 is focused on backbends with lots of opportunities to practice arm balances, handstands and lots of other creative twists and turns.

We are always focused on the process over the pose- meaning you get lots of chances, to build a practice you want to do- whether that means increasing strength, making incredible shapes or learning how to manage stress by practicing breathing with one leg behind your head, I am here side by side as a guide, as a cheerleader, as a troubleshooter and as a spotter!
