Flip It! Inversions

In part II, we're flipping our worlds upside down! Inversions are some of the most exhilarating, and often most frightening, parts of an asana practice. This workshop will explore them from a different perspective. 

First and foremost, in this series, you will learn to STOP JUMPING! Laying this kind of foundation takes much more patience, but is a much more solid place from which to move forward.

Second: the wall has it's place in the learning process, but here you'll put it to work, among other fun tools, in a very different way!

As this is workshop rather than a flow class, this is beginner friendly but please be willing to take weight on your hands and neck.
