AcroYoga is the fusion of Acrobatics, Yoga, Thai Massage, Dance and other movement systems using partners and groups to provide support in exploring poses and possibilites. No partner or experience needed- just a willingness to play! 

AcroYoga Playshop from 730-9pm; social hour to follow! Please make sure you are 100% sober for class. This is a safety issue- even trace amounts of alcohol affects your equilibrium!
