Kaizen Yoga + HQ are back with another collab!

Yoga + Brunch Club is a monthly meetup for sweat + snacks with friends!

Join us the last Sunday of each month at HQ for yoga at noon, followed by brunch at 1pm.

It’s not always easy meeting new people and making friends, but a delicious plate is bound to make everyone a little more friendly!
