2026 Rocket Launch Challenge

Let's Go! Register Here

A month to build a habit of Consistency and Confidence… surprise yourself!

This challenge is about giving yourself enough time and consistency to surprise yourself.

For many people, when they first see Rocket Yoga, it looks… insane.
And honestly — I get why.

During my Rocket teacher training, there was a phrase that came up again and again in the middle of sweaty, challenging practice sessions:
“Or you could do a handstand here.”

It was half joke, half invitation.

And that’s where I want to start — because Rocket Yoga’s proper name is actually Progressive Ashtanga. It’s an adaptation of a traditional practice, created by an American, to meet the reality of modern bodies — bodies shaped by desks, stress, repetition, and real life.

Progressive.
Adaptive.
Accessible.

That combination is incredibly fertile soil for possibility.

By opening up the conversation to ask, “What do you need from your practice?” students were also empowered to ask, “What do you want?” And this is where “Rocket’s” reputation as a strong and playful practice was born.

No one needs to stand on their head to find enlightenment.
But maybe… someone needs to stand on their head to redefine what they believe is possible.

I’ve heard people ask — and I’ve asked it myself —
“Do you think normal people can do handstands?”

Ten years ago, I honestly didn’t know.

Training to do handstands didn’t change my life in any dramatic, external way — but it did profoundly shift my perspective.

Because once one impossible thing becomes possible, the question changes.

If this is possible…
What else is possible?
In practice?
In life?

Join the rocket launch- surprise yourself.

This is not a gimmicky 1 month challenge to achieve one specific outcome — a handstand, a split, or some idealized version of discipline.

This is an invitation to expand what feels possible — piece by piece, day by day — through both strong, dynamic practice and restorative work.

I’ll be honest with you:
I don’t feel great practicing the Ashtanga Primary Series.
I respect the tradition deeply, and I value linear progress — but my body doesn’t thrive there.

Discovering Rocket 2 — and being given permission to practice it — completely changed my relationship with strong practice.
I was blown away by how amazing my body felt.

It’s a strong practice.
And it’s also deeply nourishing.

It offers the benefits of a fixed sequence — so you can actually see progress — while allowing space to play, adapt, and respond intelligently.

That’s why I created this 30-day Rocket Launch.

This is a practice container for experienced yoga practitioners who want to explore:

  • Their bodies

  • Their practice

  • Rocket Yoga

  • And their own evolving sense of capability

You set your agenda.
I’m here to hold the container, guide the process, and support your goals.

If you’re curious about what might become possible — not all at once, but over time — I’d love to practice with you.

WHAT IS ROCKET YOGA (Progressive Ashtanga)?

Rocket Yoga is a modern evolution of Ashtanga—dynamic, accessible, and powerful. In this challenge, I will lead Rocket through an adaptive, trauma-informed lens designed for real bodies and real lives. That means the practice is broken down into digestible pieces to build into a continually challenging practice. Yes, handstands (if you’re ready to begin approaching them) but also, pigeon instead of an assumption of lotus. Rocket is a fun practice that serves as a springboard for any sort of practice.

My Intention with this Challenge |

  • Options and modifications are always explained and demonstrated

  • Rest is valid

  • Your practice adapts to you

  • More than the poses, the focus is building a practice

  • Clarity of the “why” to get the best benefits that serve you

  • You’ll receive three live classes per week, all recorded for global access.

    List:

    • 1 x Weekly Rocket Takeoff– technique breakdown + progressions

    • 1x Rocket Yoga Flow – traditional cues + strong sequencing

    • 1x Weekly Restorative – nervous system recovery + integration

    If you can’t attend live:
    ✅ All classes are recorded
✅ Recordings released within 12 hours
    ✅ Practice anytime, anywhere
✅ Unlimited access and replays for your month subscription period

  • This sequence is a progressive sequence meaning your “grow” into it. There is space for the varied things different students can and and working up to based on movement backgrounds, practice history, goals, etc.

Breakdown Class gives details and explanations including drills, progressions and regressions for different challenges built into the practice.

The Cueing Class is intended to be a go to resource for self-practice: little additional notes, continuous cueing to do regular practice without stops and pauses. This can seem fast at first, but this is intended to be a supplement to the Breakdown class, not a resource for learning the poses on its own.

The restorative class operatives as another buttress to the Breakdown class, giving a short focus to drills for points covered in that week’s Breakdown as well as restorative and healing poses to support the practice and growth over time!

  • Features:

    • Gentle check-ins throughout the practice week

    • Optional teacher support

    • Private practice tracking

    Important Note:
No leaderboards. No public streaks. No comparison culture.
